How did you prepare for the meal?

Read John 6:1-15

How did Jesus prepare for the meal?

Jesus asked Philip where to buy bread.  Why did Jesus ask?

This miracle is in all four gospels.  Read Matthew 14: 13-21; Mark 6: 31-44 and Luke 9: 12-17.  What did Jesus tell the disciples?

As a follower or disciple of Jesus, what is He telling you to do?

How do will we prepare to do what Jesus tells us?

What is the significance of the leftovers?

Dick has a preaching gig in Waverly, KS this week.  So I'll be driving him to Waverly. Spend the time in the Cafe.  I'll give you some thoughts to ponder and/or you can pray for people as you see them.  Feel free to invite them to join us next week. Thoughts to  Ponder John 13:36- John 14.20.  Think about the disciples' questions How are we like the disciples? Think of a time when you asked God "Why?' We think we are ready for the answer but................................ We think we want to know.  Do we? What is Jesus' response to each question? How can you apply to your question in lire? Proverbs 20:5 Share a specific time you felt like someone really listened to you. How can we become ? What does it mean to draw out a person's heart? Luke5: 29-31 Who is an insider?  Who is an outsider? Why were you left behind?
